The building "M.1" is an office building in Calabogie, built ca. 1875-1890, and the building M.2 is the front of a series of stalls in the Carp Agricultural Society Fair Grounds, built before 1900 (only listed and described in the books).

            One image of the Cherry Valley School, built ca. 1863. The picture is a copy of one that was taken ca. 1908 and the caption on the verso reads: "School was built in 1863. Lot 5, Concession 9. Township of Townsend County of Norfolk Ont. Picture taken 1908." The image is not pictured in the books, but it is listed and described in the revised edition.

            Series consists of print photographs, copy negatives and a contact sheet of images related to the opening and construction of the Dana Porter Library. Includes Kitchener-Waterloo Record shots of a ceremonial procession of university administrators such as Dana Porter, Ira Needles, Ted Batke and Doris Lewis walking from Modern Languages to the Dana Porter Library and a group shot of J.E. Brown, Doris Lewis, Bertha Bassam, James Allan and R.H. Blackburn standing together and conversing with a view of Waterloo's mace include. The copy negatives are of a photograph of additional levels being added to Dana Porter Library existing three levels still with tarps over one half of the structure.

            File consists of material relating to the publicity of the opening of Plant 6 in Kitchener's industrial park in 1966. Includes incoming and outgoing correspondence and memoranda, copies of news releases (some edited), 15 photographs of the plant (including several aerial shots) and the opening ceremonies, and a brochure about the plant. File also includes a typed copy of the remarks presented by Hon. Stanley J. Randall (Ontario Minister of Economics and Development), and a typed copy of the remarks presented by Hon. C.M. Drury (Minister of Industry).

Andrew Telegdi attended this event and delivered a speech. Records include an invitation, event itinerary, a media advisory, a press release, speaking notes, and other textual material.
