Includes correspondence, memoranda, agreements of purchase and sale, amendments to agreements, offers to purchase, plans of the subdivision (some showing redivisions of lots), handwritten notes, lists of lots with costs and prices, a copy of a grant of easement, etc.

Also includes computer printed copies of pictures of some recipients receiving the medal during the presentation ceremony.

Smith, Peter Conley "Old Pete", Mike, Mr. A. Conan Doyle, Mr. Heist, Mr. Maskeline, Annie Fletcher, and Arch. Deacon Colley. The spirit guide Abudha Khan was present at this séance.
