Fonds consists of administrative records related to the planning, development, construction, and maintenance of buildings on campus including reports, correspondence, photographs, invoices, plans, and other ephemeral material.

Accrual consists of architectural and campus development and building plans, and a City of Waterloo map. Included are plans for the Student Services Building (which was later named Ira G. Needles Hall), Psychology Building No. 30, Math and Computer Building No. 17, and rental buildings at 514 and 419 Phillip Street.

Slides featuring text about problems of training in practical areas and debugging processors. One slide features a map of Southwestern Ontario. The slides were likely used during a presentation about computing at the University of Waterloo.
