Scope and content
Series consists primarily of films taken by Norman C. Schneider documenting his family life and interests. Also includes films by F.H. Schneider, and several commercial reels.
Films include footage of Norman C. Schneider's travels in Europe in the 1930's, including the 1936 Olympics in Berlin; the 1939 Royal Visit to Kitchener, Ontario; early aviation in Kitchener-Waterloo; skating and other activities in Kitchener's Victoria Park; and family birthdays, gatherings, and vacations. Also included is a 1965 interview of Norman Schneider by Gary Mclaren for the CKCO TV program "Scan".
