General note
Photo caption from published version of 68-02-03_001: "BOOKS FROM GERMANY. The West German government has donated 38 books on modern German history to the University Library. The gift is the result of talks between Prof. R.E. Wynne, Department of History, and the German Consul in Ottawa; all are in German and they deal mainly with the Weimar Republic, the Third Reich and German resistance to Hitler. Seen above, at the time the books were presented are (left to right): R. Hon. Consul General from the West German Legation, in Toronto, Mrs. Doris Lewis, Librarian, and Prof. Wynne."
