General note
Some of the content in fonds includes examples of problematic wording, cultural references, and stereotypes that are no longer used or appropriate today. The content has been shared here in keeping with Special Collections & Archives’ approach to language in archival descriptions. This approach, while potentially upsetting, allows for the critical assessment and questioning of historical material by contemporary researchers. Where possible, these records have been identified at the file level.
