Photo caption from published version of 52-3706_001: "SANATORIUM CAST "SEALED" - Carole Iles, 6, youngest patient at Freeport Sanatorium giggles over the thought of her cast being covered with Christmas seals. A victim of TB of the hip she has been at the sanatorium for three years. Sale of the seals has helped provide much of her treatment. Miss Anne Ballantyne, supervisor, holds part of Carol's cast which must be changed every three months."
