Photo caption from published version of missing photo [see 47-472_001 for closest version]: "APPROVE AGREEMENT - At a mass meeting yesterday of the employees of the Dominion Rubber Co., tire division, about 1,300 members unanimously approved a wage agreement recommended by the local union bargaining committee. A contract calling for a nine-cent increase and four additional statutory holidays concluded recent negotiations."
