File consists of correspondence between F.P. Adams, Secretary, Grand River Conservation Commission and Dr. J.L. Morris of the Surveys Branch of the Ontario Dept. of Lands and Forests concerning the appeal to the Ontario Municipal Board from municipalities concerning costs assessed against them by the GRCC. Morris was one of the authors of the original report or 1934 and of the revised report done in 1939. Includes one letter to the Minister of Lands & Forests, Hon. Peter Heenan.
