The original film was acquired by the GRCA from Hugh Templin.
Scope and content
Consists of a DVD transfer of a videocassette of 8 mm film footage of various phases of the construction of the Shand Dam and Lake Belwood, near Belwood, Ont. The footage was taken by Hugh Templin, a commissioner of the Grand River Conservation Commission and editor of the Fergus News Record.
