File consists of indexes of real estate listings of Westmont Enterprises Limited, one by geographical location and one by type. Location index contains index cards between separators (by city) containing the number, address, date of listing, and list price. Type index contains only the separator cards (by type, e.g. duplex, semi-detached, commercial, etc.).
Listing numbers are in two series: numbers in the 1000 series refer to homes, and numbers in the 5000 series refer to income land. Indexes were probably originally kept in a rolodex-type file.
