Photo caption from published version of 59-13262_002: "SCHOOL FOR BIG WHEELS - It was back to school for young Kitchener cyclists yesterday as the police department opened its annual bicycle school. Classes will be held daily until Friday at Prueter, Westmount, Sheppard and Queen Elizabeth schools. One of the traffic officers instructors is shown teaching at Sheppard School."
