Contains minutes of a meeting of the Representatives of Affiliate Organizations in Waterloo County, Apr. 17, 1967. Also includes supporting documents relating to this meeting in the form of a memorandum issued by the O.T.F. re proposed reorganization of schools under County Boards of Education, as well as a rough ts. draft of a brief to regional government drawn up by the Study Committee of the O.T.F.
