Note on numbering: two file numbering conventions have been used in the preparation of the finding aid. When two or more files with identical titles were found, each was given its own number, with "file 1" and "file 2" etc. added to the title. When an overlarge single folder had to be split into two or more folders, the resulting folders were each given the same number with "a", "b" "c" etc. appended to that number.

File titles have been transcribed as found from their original folders. However, parts of titles have been supplied later and these additions are indicated by square brackets.

Some files have restrictions.
