Deutschlandsender was one of the longest-established radio broadcasting stations in Germany run by the Deutsche Welle GmbH, a commercial company that was 70% owned by Reichs-Rundfunk-Gesellschaft (RRG). Between 1933 and 1945, Deutschlandsender broadcasts were extensively used for Nazi propaganda.

The first transmitter, Deutschlandsender I, was located at Königs Wusterhausen in Brandenburg near Berlin. The station was run by the Deutsche Welle GmbH.

A second transmitter, Deutschlandsender II, broadcasted from Zeesen.

A third transmitter, Deutschlandsender III, broadcasted from Herzberg.

Programmes from these transmitters were heard throughout Germany. Deutschlandsender II and Deutschlandsender III were eventually dismantled by Soviet troops.
