Includes annual meeting minutes for the years 1894-1924, 1926-1928, some with Executive Committee reports; Executive Committee minutes for 1922-1926; Regatta Committee minutes for 1894; Cottagers' Committee minutes for 1896; a telegram from the King (1906); and undated certificates of measurement for named boats. All documents are photocopies.
Half-bound in leather and green paper sides; marbled endpapers. Book probably created to commemorate the centennial of the association.
