Photo caption from published version of missing photo: "BADEN SCHOOL FIGURES - Lloyd Barth (right photo) [likely from different envelope], principal of Baden school, was demoted to the status of teacher after a meeting of the Baden school board. It is alleged that Mr. Barth sent a note to the parents of Keith Everts (left in photo above) [missing 55-6906 photo] saying that he would "slit his throat" if he didn't get better grades. Also it is reported that the principal broke a pointer over the shoulder of Gary Schumm (right).
