Album includes 5 Artists in voice order: Bonnie Kreps, Joyce Wieland, Kay Armatage, Katja Jacobs, and Vera Frenkel in conversation [at OGA?] on one side. One side includes interview of Madeline Parent on women in unions. Women in conversation discussed the validity of their art, the hardships of raising children whise trying to create, and being taken seriously as a woman. Madeline Parent interview discussed the working conditions that the union was striking against and the importance of starting a union.
