A gavel plaque given to Paul Koch (BASc ’63) in recognition of his role as the first B Term President for the Engineering Society of the University of Waterloo (now Waterloo Engineering Society) from 1958-1959. The plaque was presented to Paul Koch during Engineering Nite '63, an event hosted by the Engineering Society. Economical Mutual Insurance Company silver tray presented to Norman C. Schneider in appreciation of his service on the Board of Directors from January 27, 1961 to March 16, 1973.

A drawstring bag that belonged to Cameron Hill during the Second World War containing some of his personal items including a sewing kit, hand mirror, and rifle cartridge and bullet.

Millinery design portfolio in brown paper created by Doris Schnelder with handwritten annotations regarding felt shapes, felt finishes, millinery principles, ribbons, wires, straws, straw fibres, straw hat seams, and places of origin of straws; magazine clippings with different styles of hats and headcovers; and mounted fabric samples showing millinery materials, types of braids and bows, and sample stitches. Portfolio was probably made as a result of a sewing course taken by Doris Schnelder, possibly in a junior college or high school.

An enamel pin created by the Optical Society (now Optica) to commemorate Donna Strickland’s Nobel Prize in Physics. The pin features an image of Strickland using a piece of equipment, possibly a chirped pulse laser apparatus.

Material created or accumulated by Andrew Telegdi during the planning of Crime and Justice in the Community Week as well as Law Day in the Region of Waterloo over the course of multiple years including 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, and 1993. Records include media releases, itineraries, lists, advertisements, a button, and a photograph of Andrew Telegdi at an event during Crime and Justice in the Community Week in the Region of Waterloo in 1982. Also contains correspondence including a signed letter from Robert Stanley Welch, then Attorney General of Ontario and Deputy Premier, to Telegdi offering his congratulations on a successful Law Day in the Kitchener-Waterloo area in 1985.

Correspondence sent and received by Robert Shipley in 1983 from different persons and institutions. Includes administrative correspondence related to grants, job applications, submission of his work, letters of acceptance and rejection, invoices and payments, donation agreements, writings about his work as an educator, and letters received from politicians. The majority of the archives of the Concordia Club were destroyed either as a result of the ransacking of the club by the 118th Batallion in 1916, or as a result of the fire of November 17, 1971. As a result the earliest records of Concordia have largely been lost forever. A very small number of items can be traced back to the Concordia Male Choir (1873-1914). These take the form of two items of correspondence, programs for the "Sängerfests", clippings, and photographs. A small number of archival records also can be found which belonged to the "Deutscher Club, Kitchener" (1925-1930), and include a set of house rules, letters patent, and photographs. Some records from the 1930s have also been preserved to this day, and include artifacts, clippings, legal documents, a membership list, photographs, and programs of events. However, the majority of the materials date from the 1950s onwards. These materials document the history of the Concordia Club since the 1950s, and include artifacts, audiovisual material, clippings, correspondence, ephemera, financial records, legal documents, membership records, minutes of meetings, photographs, publications, and scrapbooks.
