File consists of four ribbons collected by the Rieder Anthes family. Two are campaign ribbons showing support for Sir Oliver Mowat, premier of Ontario. One is a mourning ribbon for Queen Victoria and one is a ribbon of support for Canadian troops in the Second Boer War. The Boer War ribbon has been stamped "J.I. Frank Anthes Nov. 5 1900."
