History
The National Alliance is a white supremacist, neo-Nazi political organization. Founded in 1974 by William Luther Pierce, the group was formed after Pierce split from his former group the National Youth Alliance. At its height it was the largest neo-Nazi group in America. Pierce also owned a white supremest record label and music magazine. After Pierce's death in 2002 changes in leadership lead to the downfall of the organization, with only a few dozen members remaining by 2016.
