          File consists of a plan of the Westmount neighbourhood in the City of Berlin and the Town of Waterloo. Also included is a letter from T.H. Rieder of the Westmount Improvement Co. Ltd., to H. Milton Cook regarding the plan and noting that the red check marks are lots that have been sold.
