File consists of one Deed of Land from August 28th, 1907 between E.P. Clement and Angenora S. Greene for a piece of land in Georgian Bay (possibly E.P. Clement's cottage at Portage Point). On the verso, William Pope Clement has written song lyrics in English and German.

File consists of one envelope and one certificate stating that William Pope Clement attended the meeting of the Service Clubs aboard the s.s. Statendam. Certificate reads "Mr. William P. Clement attended the meeting of the Service Clubs held today on board the s.s. Statendam at sea on Saturday, August 19th, 1961."
