Part of Cameron Clare Hill fonds.
Material created or accumulated by Britton Hill while he served as a board member of the Kitchener-Waterloo Young Men's Christian Association during the Second World War. Includes transcriptions for two speeches and a tribute to a fallen solider as well as a copy of song lyrics for a song titled, Learn to Hope. One of the transcribed speeches was likely written and delivered by Britton Hill to members of the Young Men's Christian Association. The speech dates to November 30, 1943 and outlines how Cameron Hill was captured as a prisoner of war in 1942.
Also includes four copies of The Weekly Squeak, the official bulletin of the Kitchener-Waterloo Young Men's Christian Association club. All four copies of The Weekly Squeak have handwritten notes written on the back of the bulletin.
