Also in the file is a memo (August 21, 1945) addressed to Muriel Jacobson by Harriet Christie, Associate General Secretary of the Student Christian Movement of Canada. This memo relates to the impending World Youth Council and Conference which is to take place in London, England in November 1945.

This file also contains a clipping which reports that Istanbul will be the venue for a Council meeting of the World Assembly of Youth in August 1950. The Canadian delegation comprised four youth leaders including Clare Clark.

These letters relate to the Breithaupt Hewetson Clark Collection which is housed at the University of Waterloo library. These letters also take the form of invitations to events hosted by the Friends of the Library and express gratitude to Mrs. Clark for the support she has given to the library as a Friend.

Three clippings are also among the items in this file and report on the official opening of the Breithaupt Hewetson Clark Collection at the library of the University of Waterloo in 1989. Prominent guests at the event were Bill Davis, former Premier of Ontario and Rosa Breithaupt Clark's nephew, as well as Ken Seiling, chairman of Waterloo Region, and Sandy Baird, publisher of the Kitchener-Waterloo Record.
