World Youth Conference.

File consists of predominantly clippings relating to Clare Clark's trip to London, England as the Adult Adviser to the Canadian Delegation where she attended the World Youth Conference in November 1945. At this time Clare Clark was a member of the executive of the National Council Y.M.C.A. Other clippings contain information on the conference generally and on the Canadian delegation which attended this conference.

Also in the file is a memo (August 21, 1945) addressed to Muriel Jacobson by Harriet Christie, Associate General Secretary of the Student Christian Movement of Canada. This memo relates to the impending World Youth Council and Conference which is to take place in London, England in November 1945.

This file also contains a clipping which reports that Istanbul will be the venue for a Council meeting of the World Assembly of Youth in August 1950. The Canadian delegation comprised four youth leaders including Clare Clark.

Waterloo University Library : Breithaupt Hewetson Clark Collection.

File consists of correspondence received by Clare Clark in 1989, 1991, and 1993 from Susan Saunders Bellingham, Special Collections Librarian at the University of Waterloo as well as from the Friends of the Library. These letters relate to the Breithaupt Hewetson Clark Collection which is housed at the University of Waterloo library. These letters also take the form of invitations to events hosted by the Friends of the Library and express gratitude to Mrs. Clark for the support she has given to the library as a Friend.

Three clippings are also among the items in this file and report on the official opening of the Breithaupt Hewetson Clark Collection at the library of the University of Waterloo in 1989. Prominent guests at the event were Bill Davis, former Premier of Ontario and Rosa Breithaupt Clark's nephew, as well as Ken Seiling, chairman of Waterloo Region, and Sandy Baird, publisher of the Kitchener-Waterloo Record.

File consists of documents relating to the reunions of 1946, 1976, 1986, and 1991 at Victoria College of the class of 1926. Clare Clark was among the members of this class.

Items in this file include a copy of a humourous verse written on the occasion of the 1946 reunion. Additionally, this file contains the program of events which was produced on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of graduation which took place in June 1976. A letter written to members of the class of 1926 containing a summary of events and activities which constituted the 50th anniversary reunion is also among the materials in this file. Also contained in this file is a list of names of members of the class of 1926. Lists of names and contact details for invitees to the Spring Reunions of 1986 and 1991 are also contained in this file.
